				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>Today, we explore the capital of Georgia – Tbilisi. We will visit its narrow streets, with wooden houses and balconies. Visit Sulfur Bath Area and the historical museum, where the Golden Fund of Georgia is preserved. Tbilisi is city of diverse culture, we will see Orthodox Churches, Armenian Church, Mosque, Synagogue in the old part of the town.</p>
<p>Along with old architecture, we will see important examples of Modern Tbilisi architecture, such as Peace Bridge. At the end of the city tour, we will visit the wine-cellar, where we taste Georgian wines. After the tour have some free time to explore pretty cafes and bars of the city.</p>

				<h4 class="et_pb_toggle_title">Day 3: Tbilisi - Mtskheta - Chardakhi - Zestafoni - Kutaisi</h4>
				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>Today, we visit an ancient capital and religious center of Georgia – Mtskheta. Visit Jvari Monastery (6th century) and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century), both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Afterwards, visit local winery and taste BIO wines. It is well known fact, that Georgians were making wine from ancient times in a clay pot, called “Qvevri”.</p>
<p>We will taste wines, that are made exactly this way. Georgian style of wine-making is Intangible UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue our way to another wine-cellar, where along with wine, we will enjoy Georgian homemade dishes. After lunch, drive to Western Georgia. Before we arrive in antique city – Kutaisi, we visit Zestafoni. Here we visit local wine-cellar, where we taste typical wines from Western Georgia. </p>

				<h4 class="et_pb_toggle_title">Day 4: Kutaisi - Ambrolauri - Gelati - Kutaisi</h4>
				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>Today, we travel to very beautiful mountain region of Georgia – Racha. Racha is very famous with its hospitality tradition. First, we visit Nikortsminda Cathedral (11th century). The church is a wonder of local architecture. Carvings and ornaments on the walls of the church attract and surprise the travelers and scientists from all over the world. For lunch, visit local family, where we taste traditional dishes from Racha region.</p>
<p>Racha is not as full of wineyars as other regions of Georgia, however here we find very seldom and special endemic race of grapes – Kvanchkara. After Kvanchkhara tasting return to Kutaisi. On the way, visit Gelati Monastery complex. Gelati Monastery was founded in 12th century and used to be the most important cultural centers in the country. It is UNESCO World Heritage Site. </p>

				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>After breakfast, drive to Martvili and visit Martvili canyon. We will have possibility to take a short boat trip in the canyon. Afterwards, we visit local winery. This is another region of Georgia – Samegrelo and the host is proudly offering us Megrelian wines and dishes. Enjoy wine tasting and lunch and return to Kutaisi.</p>

				<h4 class="et_pb_toggle_title">Day 6: Kutaisi - Sachkhere - Mukhrani - Tbilisi</h4>
				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>Today, we return to Tbilisi, but we visit very interesting places on our way to the capital. First, we arrive in Chiatura –  Soviet town with Soviet architecture and even cable cars. Afterwards, drive to Sachkhere and visit one more winery to taste another special and seldom wine – Tsolikauri.</p>
<p>Taste dishes from another region of Georgia – Imereti. Before arrival in Tbilisi, we visit French style Chateau in Mukhrani village. Royal atmosphere offers us royal wines. </p>

				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>Day 7 and Day 8 will be final culminations of our trip. These days are dedicated to Kakheti region – the homeland of wine. We will visit local wine-cellars, local master of Qvevri, will taste wine &amp; cheese and find out how different mixes of wine and cheese creates different taste.</p>
<p>We will visit wine museum, where we see the whole process of Qvevri manufacturing and wine making. Along with wines, we will have a chance to taste famous BBQ from Kakheti. Return to Tbilisi in the evening of day 8.</p>

We will have the opportunity to visit its narrow streets, wooden carved houses and balconies, old churches, Abanotubani &#8211; with sulfur baths, a fortress that proudly overlooks the city and get acquainted with the golden fund of the museum. We will also see the best example of modern architecture &#8211; the Peace Bridge and enjoy the panoramic views of the city.</p>
<p>For lunch, we will visit the restaurant, where many kinds of the most famous Georgian dish &#8211; Khinkali is prepared &#8211; meat, cheese, potatoes, mushrooms and curds. Here we will taste a few varieties of Khinkali. Together with Khinkali we will definitely serve Georgian beer. At the end of the day, we will feel the atmosphere of the city by walking through the streets of old Tbilisi.</p>

				<h4 class="et_pb_toggle_title">Day 3: Tbilisi - Mtskheta - Uplistsikhe - Kutaisi</h4>
				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>Today, we visit ancient capital and religious center of Georgia – Mtskheta. Visit Jvari Monastery (7th Century) and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century). both are UNESCO world heritage sites. Continue to Kartli region. Here we will visit Uplistsikhe Cave town, where the ancient Silk Road passed thousands of years ago. We will drive from Uplistsikhe to western Georgia.</p>
<p><span>For lunch, we will find ourselves in a real fairy tale in one of the villages of Imereti. The diverse, colorful and interesting atmosphere of the house</span> immediately enchant visitors. The hostess is also an excellent cook and we will definitely try the traditional Imereti dishes prepared by her – eggplant with walnut and various types of Pkhaleuli.</p>
<p>Finally, we will have a master class on the distinctive sweets of Western Georgia &#8211; Pelamushi. This fragrant dessert is made from grape juice and corn flour.</p>

First, we will visit Nikortsminda Cathedral (XI century). This Cathedral is a wonder of national architecture, its embroidered ornaments amaze visitors. For lunch, we will visit a local family, where we will taste the famous, old Rachian dishes: Chicken cooked in a garlic sauce &#8211; Shkmeruli and bean pie with ham &#8211; Lobiani.</p>
<p>Here, we will also taste the world-famous Rachian wine &#8211; Khvanchkara. In the afternoon, we will visit Gelati Monastery Complex (XII century), which was the most important cultural center of medieval Georgia, it is included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Return to Kutaisi in the afternoon.</p>

				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>Today, we are visiting one of the villages of Upper Imereti, where the ancient method is still well preserved &#8211; the tradition of cooking in a clay pot. We will taste amazing dishes baked on clay pot: Khachapuri (cheese bread), Mchadi (cornbread) and fried chicken.</p>
<p>Returning to Tbilisi, in the evening we will visit one of the best restaurants and taste the pearl of Georgian cuisine – dishes from Samegrelo region. Kharcho <span style="font-size: 18px;">&#8211; chicken in the walnut sauce, has a spicy taste like other Megrelian dishes, Elarji is a real masterpiece of Megrelian cuisine, which consists of only two ingredients &#8211; corn and cheese and creates an ideal dish.</span></p>

				<h4 class="et_pb_toggle_title">Day 6: Tbilisi - Davit Gareja - Telavi</h4>
				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>For the next two days we will travel to Eastern Georgia, in particular to Kakheti region, which is recognized as the homeland of wine. Initially, we will visit the monastery of Davit Gareja, located in a semi-desert, carved into the rock and later on, in the village of Udabno, we will enjoy the special dishes of Svan cuisine. Svan cuisine is a very diverse and nutritious, its ingredients are mostly obtained locally and of course, it is natural.</p>
<p>The pride of Svan cuisine is Kubdari (meat pie), which is made from minced meat, while the dominant ingredient in Chishdvari (corn bread with cheese) and Tashmijabi (mixed cheese and potato) is cheese. On the way to Telavi we will visit the Kakhetian Peasant Cellar and taste the best wine made from rare grapes.</p>

				<h4 class="et_pb_toggle_title">Day 7: Telavi - Gremi - Kvareli - Sighnaghi - Tbilisi</h4>
				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>Today, we will become participants of the traditional Kakhetian feast, which has its own special features. The meaning and importance of Tamada (toastmaster) on the Kakhetian feast is immeasurable. The toasts uttered here are a continuation of Georgian historical traditions.</p>
<p>For lunch, we will visit a unique wine cellar, which is located in the Caucasus rock massif. The dish of the day will be a famous Mtsvadi (barbeque meat). Here, we will also get acquainted with the traditions of baking real Georgian bread and natural sweets &#8211; Churchkhela, which is made from walnuts, grape juice and bread flour. Return to Tbilisi in the evening.</p>

				<div class="et_pb_toggle_content clearfix"><p>Today, we will spend with the Georgian hostess and share the culinary secrets of Georgian cuisine. In the morning, we will visit the market with the hostess, choose the products together and prepare traditional dishes with it. Finally, we will all have a delicious lunch together.</p>
<p>In the afternoon, we will have free time for a walk or to buy various souvenirs. In the evening, the farevel dinner is served with the best dishes chosen by the guests. This dinner and this trip to Georgia &#8211; a culinary paradise, will definitely remain the best memories for all of us.</p>
